About
They are internally mapped to Dublin Core, Exif and citation-specific variables (where applicable) or saved as user defined attribute/value pairs. Thus you are not bound to a given standard which allows you to keep items from different disciplines in the same list.

search by metadata
Modify and add metadata to ensure that the contents of objects fully describe their characteristics and that the information therein can easily be accessed when needed for your work. Pay particular attention to titles and keywords because they help to quickly re-find items in your collection. You can also add your own topics and consistent keywords lists to facilitate the organization of your collected intelligence.

Preview and edit raw metadata of any file type including multimedia files using the Exif tool which is supported by-digi-libris. Copyrights in pictures, performers in songs and GPS coordinates of your photos are just a few examples of data that is displayed next to a corresponding thumbnail for rapidly re-finding an item in your collection. Planned is a direct connection to Google Maps and the ability to modify the metadata inside files.

Local language display of attribute names of meta tags. Some translations are already available and more languages will be added (through crowd sourcing).
